Leading insights 9: stop & go, blocking, balance

How to use your body position for the stop and go:

The position you will take will explain to the horse what the pressure means. For sure with an uneducated horse. Get to know more about where to be for the right answer.

Do you recognise when you block your own body?

At the moment when people want to start asking questions, they start blocking their body or slow it down. These blocks will make it very hard for the horse to understand what you would like to educate.

How to use the weight in your own legs:

Horses can read our body language very well. One of these important elements is to learn to play around with the weight in your legs. When you lean backwards on your legs and you would like to teach your horse to go forward, this will be confusing to the horse.
