In this seminar we will deal with the correct stellning and bending when riding. After discussing the seat and secondary aids in detail in the previous seminars, we will now go into more detail on the subject of bending. Planned content of the seminar:
- Why do we need bending at all?
- Anatomy: spine and important muscle groups
- Stellning: what, where, role of the outside rein, sensory laterality
- Seat and aids in bending
- The circle, cones, reducing and enlarging the circle, crookedness
- Correctly over the back
- Feeling rotations
- Bended straight
- The diagonal
- The role of the wall
- Bent or over-bent?
The seminar lasts approx. 90 minutes and questions can be asked during the live seminar. The recording is available for 3 months!
