Developing correct bending in riding – part 1

In this seminar we will deal with the correct stellning and bending when riding. This seminar is offered in two parts. After discussing the seat and secondary aids in detail in the previous seminars, we will now go into more detail on the subject of bending. Planned content of the first part of the seminar:

  • Why do we need bending at all?
  • Anatomy: spine and important muscle groups
  • Stellning: what, where, role of the outside rein, sensory laterality
